To all families that have registered a child for Kindergarten 2025 at Sidney Elementary School,

We understand that transitioning to kindergarten can be an important step for both you and your child. To help make this transition a little easier, and more enjoyable, we’re inviting you and your child to join us for an open gym session at the school.

Our open gym time will take place on Thursday, March 13th from 3:00pm-4:00pm at the Sidney Elementary gym. There will be equipment available for your child to play or explore with. The school's current kindergarten teachers will be there to connect with and meet your child. Due to the size of our gym and the amount of families invited, we kindly ask that only the enrolled child and a parent/caregiver attend and the child must stay with their adult for the duration of the open gym time.
