What a great way to end the week, Hat Day!
We saw so many unique hats today, a big thank you to our Intermediate Service and Leadership Students for organizing our Spirit Days.
We would like to extend a big thank you to the Capital City Yacht Club for fundraising for our school in support of 2 of our new learning spaces. They raised almost $10000 to support some of our innovative learning spaces at Sidney Elementary. We are grateful for their support to help us create our sensory space in Room 10 and our Active space on the stage. We have students who use these spaces regularly to help them be ready for learning in their classroom.

Purdys Chocolatier Fundraiser
Calling ALL chocolate-lovers! We’re teaming up with Purdys Chocolatier to fundraise for supporting the Reflex Math Program in hopes of raising $1000! Stock up on your favourite Purdys Easter treats (did someone say Hedgehogs?) AND support a great cause at the same time—it’s the best of both worlds. All fundraising profit raised will directly support Sidney Elementary School PAC, so every order makes a great difference to us. Ordering is as easy as eating chocolate. PAC Hot Lunch Ordering Information for February. The next hot lunch is on February 24th - pizza and sushi will be available. You can choose to order month-by-month OR you can place orders for ALL remaining lunch dates at once - no deadlines to miss that way! Note: orders *do not* carry over - you need to place an order for all of the dates to receive lunch. Please go to https://munchalunch.com/schools/sidney/
